Dayla 17/April 17

40 minutes. The first 20 to do with jogging and linear movement that contained the length I did not have a lot of yesterday.
My headstand wasn’t as impressive today but I did crunch down and hold more than my 90 degree angle. I dangled from the tree again, did a few situps with my feets hooking me onto the limbs and then I did some dancing ab focus.
Then I went up in the garage attic and got the hula hoops down. I am no pro. But I am a funner. I tried my neck, my arm, and my knee caps and my stomach was hurting just from laughing at myself.

Then I got on the four wheeler and blew my fantastic stink off.

Day 16/A prilly 16th

My music player had died in the night so I made a nice bed of softness and plugged it’s heart in.
While I waited for her to wake up, I did what only motivated got to do it now person woulda, and got out my computer and my mile long headphone string.

I danced and moved and zib zabbed in a diameter space of 6 feet.
I was deeply out of breath without the breaks of jogging down the driveway.

Music players heart had started beating at a good percentage so I got that on my head and got the steel wagon behind my arms and my son on top of it and jogged on the wet grass. Up hill and down hill.  Then proceeded to kick around a kid soccer ball with him.
46 minutes of a higher intensity today. Yes.
I had plugged and pressed play and prilled up my April day.

Day 14/15 April 14/15

Next to 13, two more days of 1 plus hours outside. The warmth really boosts the drive, that is for certain.
I don’t plan what I do out there. I just go with whatever I feel in the music.
For instance, today I dangled from a tree, spreading myself around it like nutella on toast. I also did an intense headstand. Since I can remember, I’ve always been great at them. Now I’m getting in a 90 degree angle with my legs.
Yesterday I flung myself around like an Oreo on Cheerio wheels. I ran about 3 miles.

All in all the theme of the past four exercises has been me doing certain flings and flungs that stretch and work out muscles. Also known as… toning?

 

And this post… also known as displaying a subconscious mind level of… food.

 

Day 13’April 13

I may have missed Day 11 and Day 12, but today- Day 13- Wowza manowza. One hour and 13 minutes I was out there. Dancing my heart out in the warmth. A tank top on. I repeat: a tanktop. Pretty dang wonderful. The warmth certainly gave me the boost and knowing that I had missed two days of movement. Gosh. Ima’ gonna sleep good tonight. That music just hit me in the boost of a spot.

I attended/ April Ten

I feel sore today from my side work in Day Nine.
And today is snow flurries and cold cold cold.
So we moved it inside.
Storage room, cement floor, large mirrors and enough space to get the heart rate going. Heck, you could be sitting in a one foot by two feet cubicle and still have a heart race.

Even though I was sore in my ab area for some reason I chose to work that part more.

Pain drives some people I suppose, and I happen to be one of them.
Sometimes.

 

High Five for Day Five

Downloaded some dancable runnable-funnable music for todays exercise and it was what I needed to boost up my level. Pulled son in steel wagon again, hopped over the puddles and was not so great at my hand stands today. Sinking in an inch of mud or having pebbles ground into palm didn’t exactly help. Sun was shining though and it landing on my body was the best place any airplane of sun could land.

Day For April Four

Wellp, so. I missed Day Three.
I was gone the entire day. Who ever said, ” Sunday as a day of rest”; I’ll take it.

However, I was out there before 1030am today  jumping over half frozen puddles and hoping each time I stepped on ice I wouldn’t splits my legs to kingdom come. I ain’t ready foh that shyzah!

Wasn’t too steady of an exercise and I ripped my leggings on the pine tree I was hanging upside down on.
But no matter,
I’m all for Day Four!
