Hi there!
I’m a 35 year old mom of an 11 year old son. We live in Canada together in a town approximately 30 minutes from the American border.
I’ve enjoyed expressing myself in writing ever since I could write. I journal life happenings, abstract feels, and thoughts on situations I am in or not in. And relationships. I’m a big advocate for learning and growing so I try to use experiences as opportunities for this. Sometimes it is difficult. Sometimes you have to laugh at how crazy and amazing this life we get to live, is.

What brings you to Thailand??
In 2008 my Dad came here and took on a 4 year construction project. My mom, younger brother and I, came with 🙂 Now the project is finished and the rest of my family is back in Canada.
During those years I dabbled in teaching English; tutoring, assisting, substituting . I took a few courses at a school in Bangkok as well ( socialogy,philosophy and a thai lang. course) and I also met my boyfriend. We bought a house just a few months back and plan to stay here a few more years. ( until he reaches a certain position at work ) He is not what brought me here, but certainly is what brings me to stay 😛 Thanks for stopping by and asking!

It most certainly did! In the end, it felt less of that and more like something that was keeping me from adventuring. But I will never ever regret going-way too much experience was had-that I wouldn’t have gained otherwise. Thanks for asking! 🙂 Do you feel like you’ve made choices to improve your ‘venture, or that you are about to?
I think so, yes! I’m about to actually go to LA for a music conference…so I’m excited about that!

It’s a good thing to reflect on what you’ve done and accomplished. Helps rearranging the boxes we fill cross referenced by place and time. Well done so far. The journey now begins anew with our new knowledge of self and our reactions of our surroundings.

Once I had the chance, I made the chance happen. You seem like a Charlie Zero and I am still trying to figure out how you would be and how you would like to be, in person. I think here, online, is where you get a lot of confidence you otherwise don’t have. I think you were very quiet at a certain point in your life and you’re breaking free of that. even though you’ve made a book and have lots of affirmation that your writing is good, you still have an underlying worry of you based on immense history, your potrayal and your persona. But that’s just me. Peeking into a window, a dusty,cobwebbed window perhaps? to your life. 🙂 My thoughts none the less.
That’s a very interesting observation.
Actually, to be completely open – back in my life I was a victim of physical & mental bullying. I wasn’t too quite, though, my own experience of facing prejudice because I was different, weird, bizarre, or saw things about life in a different odd point of view. I also, suffer from PTSD. I don’t take any medication. The only medicine that helps me is writing poetry. Poetry is my balance, my haven, my way of dealing with life. I like to hide behind complex surrealism words, once in a great while I’ll express my true feelings to the world. As a matter of fact – Next Monday, I will be posting an interesting poem which will expose how I feel about life. You’ll see. It’s going to be a different shift from my previous works. 🙂

Yeh, I did a lot and it had great impact. It changes my feelings on whatever I do next. I think I’ll probably cradle my movement like a newborn, and protect and honor it more than I did.
Yes guilt can “drive you mad”. It can nudge you toward the edge of a cliff and whisper in your ear “jump, and flap your arms”. Destruction inevitable!
I’m surprised after reading that you are more youthful than I imagined from the maturity of your words. I’m thinking this isn’t your first life 🙂
